Badminton Technical Tips

The best advices I can give you are:

  • Watch how better players play and learn from them;
  • Keep practicing;
  • And, there are lot of badminton technical advice sites - try them!

I was a "tennis kind of person" but the former Wolfson college captains, Chai Wayne and Wesley (you are still the best player I've ever seen live. I was very lucky to meet you guys!), invited me to form the lady's team and started badminton in 1999.  I really enjoy badminton, and now I got a level 1 assistant coach qualification.

Badminton is very deep game, which is a lot to do with science - physics, psychology, physiology and mathematics!  (I was once a science kind of person too :D) Anyway, this is true, trust me!   Everything you need for a business organisation are there as well - namely strategy, teamworks, communication... Probably this is the same for most of team sports.   I hope more people play badminton and enjoy it.
